Calculon Tech (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates internal services hosted at calculon.tech and its subdomains, including tools such as Coder, Nomad, and Vault. Access to these services is restricted to a small number of users who are individually approved by us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through Google sign-in, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
By signing in with Google to access our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Who this policy covers
Our services are not offered to the general public. They are provided only to users we explicitly authorize. If you have not been approved for access, this policy does not apply to you and you will not be able to sign in.

We do not collect, request, or store the contents of your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google user data beyond what is described above.
How we use your information
We use your email address solely to:
- Verify that you are an approved user of our services.
- Authenticate you and manage your access to tools such as Coder, Nomad, and Vault.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
How we share your information
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Google, as part of the sign-in (OAuth) process you initiate. Google’s handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- When required to do so by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain an approved user of our services. When your access is revoked or you ask us to remove your data, we delete your email address and associated access records within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with a legal obligation.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Access to our systems is limited to authorized personnel.
