These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the internal services hosted at calculon.tech and its subdomains, including tools such as Coder, Nomad, and Vault (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Calculon Tech (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By signing in with Google and using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and access
The Services are private and not offered to the general public. Access is granted only to users we individually approve. We may grant, deny, suspend, or revoke access at our sole discretion and at any time, with or without notice.
You must sign in using a valid Google account that we have authorized. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access any account, system, or data you are not authorized to use.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Services.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Share, transfer, or grant your access to any other person.

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to that handling of your information.
Availability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at any time without notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calculon Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
